This East Boston commercial electrical installation project was a new construction in conjunction with Alaris Construction.
The 6 story, mixed use building has twenty-five residential units and two commercial units, one of which is operated by Taco Bell.
Of the 25 residential units in 2-10 Maverick Square, 3 units are designated as income-restricted units under Boston’s IDP Policy.
Maverick Square in East Boston offers engaging panoramic views of Downtown Boston and Boston Harbor and the two signature retail spaces were included to help liven up the Maverick Square area.
The MBTA's Blue Line Train Station at Maverick Station is opposite the building.
