This South Boston commercial electrical installation was a building renovation of an old factory with new constructions at 44 Wharf Street in Weymouth, MA.
This bold and stunning construction project led by Heritage Companies in Quincy, MA involved turning an old factory site near the East Weymouth commuter rail station into an 84-unit apartment complex.
This new electrical installation project in Weymouth involves 80,000 square feet on a 3½ acre lot with the old factory building at 44 Wharf St. being renovated to create 66 units. A second new construction was built with 18 additional apartments.
The old mill and factory building was restored using historical guidelines so that the exterior looks like it did when it was first built.
This electrical installation by Starbro Electric and just south of Boston in Weymouth, consisted of a full electrical and fire alarm services as well as the installation of all lighting fixtures across the entire project, including site lighting.

The project included wiring and fire alarm systems for the apartment building, electrical installations inc appliances for all the suits. Lighting and electrical for the common areas, all light fixtures and site lighting.
