This South Boston commercial electrical installation was a new construction in conjunction with East Broadway Realty, LLC.
The new 4 story, mixed-use building expanded the ground floor restaurant space to enable the retaining of the Playwright Bar and Restaurant, plus the addition of approximately 6,169 sq/ft of office space on the second floor, and some 10,324 sq/ft of residential space across 8 units on the 3rd and 4th floors.
The old Playwright Bar & Restaurant and the three former structures that occupied the site at 658-660 East Broadway were demolished to make way for new and improved mixed-use building.
This electrical installation in South Boston, by Starbro Electric consisted of a full electrical and fire alarm services as well as the installation of all lighting fixtures across the entire building.
